At BoatSafe US, we understand your time is valuable and we appreciate you allowing us to serve your boating and watercraft certification needs.  Although we make every effort to hold a scheduled class or exam, due to circumstances beyond our control we may need to reschedule or cancel.

If your class or exam is cancelled by BoatSafe US, we will honor your deposit for any other scheduled class or exam at any of our locations.  Additionally, if we have a class or exam scheduled the same day as your scheduled event and you are willing to travel to that location, we will extend a discount on the cost of that event as a courtesy for your inconvenience.

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your class or exam up to 48 hours prior to the event, your deposit will be credited to the rescheduled event.  If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled event or fail to show without notice, your deposit is then nonrefundable.
